Are you tired of feeling stuck or not understood in your relationship?

Communication feels like it broke down a long time ago and you are both just coping because you want to avoid any potential confrontation.

Maybe you have felt that there is a mismatch in the desire for intimacy between you and your partner for too long?

Maybe one or both of you are seeking affection outside of your relationship; perhaps you feel stuck in inescapable patterns of spiralling arguments.

I help all sorts of people in all types of relationship situations.

I can support you whether you’re in a new relationship, in a long-term relationship, or not in a relationship at all.

I offer a supportive, non-judgemental environment where you can face relationship challenges and find resolve.

We all need someone at difficult times to be confident, a witness and guide to help us communicate our hopes, fears, experiences and make sense of the ups and downs in our connection with others.

I am here to support you through major relationship crises to smaller issues that are making you unhappy.

Give me a ring on 07957 904130 or email so we discuss how I can support you individually or together at this time.

Tracey Fuller

UKCP, B.Ed. (hons), PG. Dip, M.Ed. UK Council for Psychotherapy Registered. Psychotherapeutic Counsellor for adolescents and adults.

Tracey Fuller is a registered psychotherapeutic counsellor with over 18 years of experience working with adults, children and young people as well as leading therapeutic groups and training others to become psychotherapeutic counsellors.

She has also worked widely in statutory and voluntary settings, as well as in private practice.
Her aim is to create a safe and respectful therapeutic relationship where difficult feelings can be held and managed successfully. Whatever you need support with together we will  find your strengths, explore your options to feel more whole, or help you to move forward.
Tracey's approach is integrative and relational combining humanistic core values with psychodynamic thinking about the influence of early relationships. She is also interested in
re-authoring the stories we may tell about ourselves and reframing unhelpful thinking.

Emphasising the value of a trusting therapeutic relationship in promoting personal growth and empowerment she offers a safe and confidential space to explore your feelings with somebody who will not judge you.

Her aim is to support you to feel more confident in the ‘here and now’, rather than being bound by your past.
Sometimes when words are not enough or feel too difficult, Tracey offers a creative arts image - based approach.
